I sent a referral through Point 2 this week and will continue to use the referral lists here. Our community is fabulous and the input and helpfullness is wonderful. I am a realtor in Columbus OHio and I will gladly pay 25% for referrals. In turn, when I send referrals, I only request 25%..

I use the referral system extensively myself and I have created some real good relationships through using it. I really wish they would put the old system back in place though. This searching by counties is quite tedious but P2A says they have something in the works to fix it but that was two or three months ago. I'm a native Floridian and can honestly say that although I know many of the cities I don't know off the top of my head which county each resides in and this system makes it very difficult for me. I can only imagine what it would be like for an out of state agent to find the city.

No, Lu I did not ever hear of 100%, I'm in. Does anyone know can I advertise Lu's listings in New Jersey, I will advertise any State. I know we deal with many, many newer upper price over 55 Communities, big builders Toll Brothers, Pulte, Centex etc. When these people decide to retire (most are NY business) they are ready to go to Florida or Carolina's you just cannot afford to stay here, the real estate taxes are through the roof. They do not get a break as senior's they pay the same as single family, new construction is 100% of the assessed value.

I offer a 50% referal on the ballance over 500k and 25% for the total up to 500K.
