Looking for the water skiing agent

Hi Everyone

Does anyone know who the agent is that has herself water skiing in cartoon form ? I think she is in Arizona? I love her web site and the little cursor that is a mini version of her water skiing! Huh? ] I want to use my logo like she uses her cursor....Thanks Lu
