Are you sharing pictures? Have you tried

snapfish?  Photobucket?  I have a buyer client living out of state.  He wanted me to run out to a new development to take pictures for him.  He then instructed me to sign up for snapfish, upload and share the album.  How cool!  I was able to send an album with 50 pictures to him in a snap!  Maybe I'm just slow in getting on board with this idea.  How do you share your pictures with your out of town clients?

I created a new page within my website and uploaded all the pics into an album and then gave them the link to that page.

I'll have to try out your way!  Thanks for that tidbit!

Haven't done this with clients, but do it with long distance family all the time.  I use Yahoo Photos.  I can restrict who sees which album and I upload accordingly.

Another advantage...I've had to do three destructive recoveries on my laptop.  But my pics are still on Yahoo.  Every time I unload my camera, I upload to Yahoo Photos.   It's a wonderful feature.

Oh Cathy, I know all too well about those laptop situations!  I'm so glad I have work 'off site'.

Becky, is there a limit on number of photos?  I'll tell you one thing though, the upload speed with snapfish is sooooo fast.  I've had problems with Point2 and locking up.

There is a limit, I don't remember how many.  I know you can add multiple albums on the same page though.

With HelloWorld you can take a video of the home, inside and out, live if you want to, and it is stored on your personal vault on a secure server, never touches your harddrive.  Also up-load individual pictures.  This is a complete social network: video e-mail, video instant messages with as many as 5 people on the screen at a time, blogs, pod-casts, live broadcasts, and more - - and they pay YOU to promote these products.  Or retail accounts for as little as $10 a month.  If you are interested, go to   www.VMDirect.com/LeanOnLorraine  and click on the American flag, then click on the "About the Company" link on the left, then other links across the top.  Let me know what you think at   LeanOnLorraine@VMDirect.com

I've used the virtual tour provider I have and the just emailed the link to out of town customers.  They re-size the photos if needed, or you can use video and they have some nice mp3 clips.  VERY EASY!  http://www.homepix.tv.  Much easier than emailing photos.  I was going to do a hidden page on my site, but this was a bit easier.

I actually just emailed the unbranded version of one of the tours I made to a listing agent for her to use in the MLS if she wants to.  My buyer cancelled the deal after the inspection.  It's her mother's house so I know I don't ever have a chance of getting the listing so I figured I'd might has well share it.
