The owner informs me they are turning it over to the lender. No exact date from the lender as to when they will take possession.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Fast forward...We get an offer for about 50K less than they owe, Owner &amp;amp; Lender says they will look at it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Anybody had luck collecting a commission on a short sale?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Personally I would rather not deal with it if I get nothing.. &lt;P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3&gt;When people click that inital picture they are interested in a home NOT Point 2 Branding. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
