The owner informs me they are turning it over to the lender. No exact date from the lender as to when they will take possession.</P>
<P>Fast forward...We get an offer for about 50K less than they owe, Owner & Lender says they will look at it.</P>
<P> Anybody had luck collecting a commission on a short sale?</P>
<P> Personally I would rather not deal with it if I get nothing..
