I have had a home listed no for a while with no activity at all. The owner informs me they are turning it over to the lender. No exact date from the lender as to when they will take possession.

Fast forward...We get an offer for about 50K less than they owe, Owner & Lender says they will look at it.

 Anybody had luck collecting a commission on a short sale?

 Personally I would rather not deal with it if I get nothing.. The Risk to reward ratio factor kicks in.

I think this is a REAL ESTATE issue as it affects our listings. So I hope this post does not get moved.

Is anyone else offended that Point 2 is branding the listings pictures on your website?

 

I am deeply offended.

 

I do not care for it one bit.

 

My SELLER’S do not like it one bit.

 

It detracts from the homes pictures.

 

When people click that inital picture they are interested in a home NOT Point 2 Branding.

 

If Point 2 wants to do it….I say It should be by choice… NOT forced down our pie holes.
