Picture it, in your mind's eye.  Can you see the offer coming?

See the address of the listing you think is priced the best, right there on the address line.

See the offer sitting in your mailbox.

See the seller accepting the offer...

Can you see it?  Good... Now Feel it in your hand!...

Can you Feel It?  Good now believe it....

Hey... wait... I think somebody is at the door, delivering an offer!

OK Mikey here is a present for you . . . along the lines of this post.

MY 4 POINT PLAN FOR MAKING WHATEVER YOU WANT HAPPEN:

1. DESIRE. You must truly want it, not because someone else wants you to or thinks you 'should'. Not for ego gratification or to keep someone else from having it. Not to hurt someone else or hurt yourself. The desire must be genuine and positive in effect.

2. BELIEF. You must believe yourself worthy of the objective and BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT upon receipt. You have to be willing to 'own' the result.

3. EXPECTATION. You have to not just want it and think you can have it, you have to KNOW it is ALREADY yours and making its way to you.

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL:

4. RELEASE. Once you've made up your mind, LET IT GO. Let a higher power figure out the 'hows' and 'whys'. Step aside, out of your own way. And be willing to accept how you will receive what you want on the Universe's terms. It will be more perfect for you that way.

This comes from a magickal mentor of mine from the 80s. Predated "What the Bleep" and "The Secret" but the concepts are hardly new. It works!

"The Buddha became enlightened only after he had done all he could do and then given up."

You may delete this since I am going to push the envelope and talk about both turnip and collard green. The ten minutes to steam your favorite greens is a short time to wait for the pure enjoyment of eating a soggy mess of stuff even a rabbit would run from. There is now way to cook these two things and make them eatable. The best way is to cook them with a big slab of smoky bacon. When complete throw away the greens and eat the bacon.

Being from the south, I really miss good turnip greens in Oregon....  There are a very few restaurants here that serve them, but they aren't the same AND we don't have that wonderful sauce (peppers in vingar) to shake on them....  My mouth waters as I write this!

And our cornbread tastes like sweet cake here....ugghh....

We still have a long way to go. I have to gather comprehensive information on 42 houses. I will be busy for a few days.

The guy that developed these in a college town outside Savannah did a great job -- they are all cottage style, in peaceful, wooded areas just outside town, in great condition and 100% occupied. I keep looking for the downside, but don't see any.

This is for Phil....I hear what you're sayin' about the peppers in vinegar sauce. I am forever trying to re-create elusive and special tastes from elsewhere...in this case, try white wine vinegar with small hot red peppers. I've used tiny Thai hot  peppers in a pinch (grown in a pot on my patio) but like cayennes the best - and probably more authentic. Several cloves of garlic and some fresh thyme. Let it sit AT LEAST 2 weeks in the fridge. Delish, especially on greens.
