I woke up this morning with a positive goal in mind -- Make something happen!
Your real estate career is just beginning. Good things are on the horizon.
As Candice would say -- DANCE!
Picture it, in your mind's eye. Can you see the offer coming?
See the address of the listing you think is priced the best, right there on the address line.
See the offer sitting in your mailbox.
See the seller accepting the offer...
Can you see it? Good... Now Feel it in your hand!...
Can you Feel It? Good now believe it....
Hey... wait... I think somebody is at the door, delivering an offer!
Mike, me too, however I wasn't specific enough and asked for the phone to ring off the hook. It has, my home phone. Nuisance calls. I think the universe will win today. Not gonna fight it.

Mikey, care to dance? :) :) :)
I have been making things happen all morning! That little bird that sang in my ear in alpha told me to . . .
Mike I refer back to LT and his sage advice: By low, stay high! What more can be said?
OK Mikey here is a present for you . . . along the lines of this post.
MY 4 POINT PLAN FOR MAKING WHATEVER YOU WANT HAPPEN:
1. DESIRE. You must truly want it, not because someone else wants you to or thinks you 'should'. Not for ego gratification or to keep someone else from having it. Not to hurt someone else or hurt yourself. The desire must be genuine and positive in effect.
2. BELIEF. You must believe yourself worthy of the objective and BE ABLE TO HANDLE IT upon receipt. You have to be willing to 'own' the result.
3. EXPECTATION. You have to not just want it and think you can have it, you have to KNOW it is ALREADY yours and making its way to you.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL:
4. RELEASE. Once you've made up your mind, LET IT GO. Let a higher power figure out the 'hows' and 'whys'. Step aside, out of your own way. And be willing to accept how you will receive what you want on the Universe's terms. It will be more perfect for you that way.
This comes from a magickal mentor of mine from the 80s. Predated "What the Bleep" and "The Secret" but the concepts are hardly new. It works!
"The Buddha became enlightened only after he had done all he could do and then given up."
Thanks for most of comments.
Candice, I can tango but I can't shag.
Tim, the most profound comment I have ever received.
Gary, LT was a genius.
OK Mikey see ya in the mosh pit!
I'm always here for ya, buddy! ;-)
Candice, beautiful thoughts -- you just kicked it up a notch.
Tim, will you be my coach?
You have got to look for the silver lining! The glass is always half full! And dancing will get your heart rate up!
I haven't read "The Secret" yet. But if it helps you read it!
Jana
The Secret is inspiring. But so is an ant trying to build an ant mountain.
Most people are too busy making a mole-hill out of a mountain.
I loved Secret but think What the Bleep is even better! It shows scientific proof that we control the horizontal and vertical in our minds, bodies and lives.
As long as you stay postive, postive things happen!
Gosh, I just saw a massive crowd of buyers! Their coming fast....look out, you will have all you listings in escrow all at once! Do you like rock and roll? Let's get down!
Thanks Mike....I needed this today!
Candice your 4 point plan is so true.
My new website www.worldclasslifestyles.com will be up soon
and my friend on the French Rivera sent me a lead from a Real Estate
company in France that wants to send me lots of buyers to buy
in Naples!
I am so excited I am dancing the hula!
Dancing on the ceiling! Go go go!
And yes Gail, ROCK AND ROLL, what else is there? Go go a go go! ;)
Mike, You called your post: "Comments Welcomed." I would like to verify. Does that include any and all comments? What if I want to talk about fishing? or weed whacking?
Then you said something about my real estate career just beginning. How did you know that?
Sharron, you can not comment on turnip greens, everything esle is okay.
M
You may delete this since I am going to push the envelope and talk about both turnip and collard green. The ten minutes to steam your favorite greens is a short time to wait for the pure enjoyment of eating a soggy mess of stuff even a rabbit would run from. There is now way to cook these two things and make them eatable. The best way is to cook them with a big slab of smoky bacon. When complete throw away the greens and eat the bacon.
I LOVE turnip greens and collards! My whole family loves them... the kids even loved them when they were young (the kids, not the turnips and collards, although they're probably good when they are young too I suppose).
MICOS
Being from the south, I really miss good turnip greens in Oregon.... There are a very few restaurants here that serve them, but they aren't the same AND we don't have that wonderful sauce (peppers in vingar) to shake on them.... My mouth waters as I write this!
And our cornbread tastes like sweet cake here....ugghh....
okra
They don't even know about okra here... miss it too!
Hey!!!! Where'd my comment go? I'll try again....
This is a sing-a-long....new for RElib, I think...just trying to be avante garde.
Just what makes that little ole ant think he'll move that rubber tree plant. Everyone knows an ant....can't....move a rubber tree plant.
But he's got hiiiiigh hopes. He's got hiiiiigh hopes.
He's got high apple pie in the skyyyyy hopes.
So anytime you're feeling low, 'stead of lettiin' go, just remember that ant!
Wooops there goes another rubber tree.....oooops there goes another rubber tree....
OOOOOOPs there goes another rubber tree plant!
(*Pssst, Mike....delete her again....it's gettin' to her...)
Yes, yes, yes - OKRA!!! Good slimey okra and field peas!
Cathy? Fever?
Okra, pickled or fried, fried with a little scald in a cast iron skillet.
Now, you're cookin.
Not sure what Cathy's doing. lol
Okra! Fried, or in gumbo.
acceptable
Jambalaya! Tabasco!
Dinner at Craigs, warn your wife your rowdy friends are coming over. lol
LOL Mary, I'll let her know we're having... ummm say... 50 rowdy friends over for dinner?
No Craig, only 42!! the magikal number!! I will be there!!
Ok Shelz, 42 it is. The magikal number!! So you soon!
If we're going to pull this off, we all should meet at Mary's place...kinda in the center of the country... Say 6pm?
Mary is only making boxed brownies (with mayo cupcakes), but Tina is making Jumbalya!! Come to the east coast Phil, it won't hurt you, I promise!!
Mary's at 6PM for Happy Hour it is.
Yummy yummy- collard greens are my favorite!
Greens and cornbread and black-eyed peas! Maybe a baked porkchop (or two) if times are good!
And now....I have to go to a frou-frou wine bar to meet clients for dinner.... We'll have sliced cucumbers and lettuce wraps....
It's rare, but occasionally I long for the south....
hmmm....let's see....
greens, cornbread and black-eyed peas OR lettuce wraps!
C'mon, Mike's the one who brought up ants! It just popped in my head in a completely ADHD way!
Baked pork chops and lettuce wraps
Mary has it right! Eat the baked chops, wipe your hands on the lettuce wraps and expect dessert! Chocolate Pie!
Phil, you really can't read me. Actually eat the lettuce wraps, can't be that bad. No dessert until you eat your lettuce.
<<<--sneaking out of room to hit sushi bar. All this talk of greens and whatever making me thirsty for a Sapporo.
By golly, now we're cooking.
I made stuff happen today. I may have 42 houses sold all at one time -- investment properties. Pray for me.
BITCHIN! Now THAT'S what I'm talking about . . .
Rock On Mike!! Drinks in Savannah!!
Congrats Mike... Hope they stay together for you!
BTW: Be careful about sharing success here...
"The nail that sticks up may get hammered down"
Did someone say Lobster Rolls with oysters on the half shell? No G&T's though...gave those up about a month ago:( The queen died and never came back...
How is everyone? I have missed you all.
Thanks for the email Cathy and Phil...I have just been crazy busy.
Well, glad it was crazy busy rather than something else! Glad to see you back, Joe!
Joe, good to see ya! Hope all is well in your world.
Mikey!!!! What can I say? You always were... continue to be... and forever will remain............. THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The saong are the fifties......wait, there is Richard Simmons on the screen. Damn I have to get up now don't I?
Congratulations Mike on the 42. It is stories like that that inspire me in this slow market. We only need 342 of those in my area to turn this into a Sellers Market. Atta Bot - Your the Man!
Welcome back Joe!
I may just have to rename you Magikal Mike! Woo HOO!
Can you believe the number of houses is 42? LOL
We still have a long way to go. I have to gather comprehensive information on 42 houses. I will be busy for a few days.
The guy that developed these in a college town outside Savannah did a great job -- they are all cottage style, in peaceful, wooded areas just outside town, in great condition and 100% occupied. I keep looking for the downside, but don't see any.
Doesn't have to be a downside. Does there?
Mike, fantastic! They also sound like wonderful properties.
Do do do doot, do doot do doot, can't touch this.......
Magikal Mike you da' man!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGSQ0uy6u78
can't touch this.
M.C. Hammer
Go get 'em, Mike! Sounds like a once in a lifetime opportunity!
Thanks to you all. Good things are going to happen to us all. I feel it. Mary, I will be dancing just like MC, except with a caucasian handicap.
Mike, looking forward to it on Youtube. LOL
Different pants, Mikey. Parachutes not for everyone.
Parachutes not for anyone. Exception of Phils GFs.
Mike, "The Caucasian Handicap" will keep you in the dance running. It means the judges have to close their eyes for 42 seconds of your dance routine. (and probably give you 42 extra points)
But there are still some broken bones to contend with, Mary.
Did I miss the announcement? Is Spidey going to be on Dancing with the Stars?
MARY! That was a long time ago.... Still, you're pretty funny!
Now see Mary I disagree. If they'd have danced better . . . ;)
Phil, it seemed like only yesterday though.
Times fun when you are having flies, or something like that.
Still, I think those parachute pants could hide lots of broken bones.
Candice, I agree we have come a long way since then.
Cathy, yes, formal announcements are going out today.
Sharon, let's coax him anyway.
CONGRATS Mike! We are all now green with envy! Or was it the Okra, turnip or collard greens? If you need some help with paperwork etc. I am sure Radley will send Molz right over :)
This is for Phil....I hear what you're sayin' about the peppers in vinegar sauce. I am forever trying to re-create elusive and special tastes from elsewhere...in this case, try white wine vinegar with small hot red peppers. I've used tiny Thai hot peppers in a pinch (grown in a pot on my patio) but like cayennes the best - and probably more authentic. Several cloves of garlic and some fresh thyme. Let it sit AT LEAST 2 weeks in the fridge. Delish, especially on greens.
It's not fair...no one can hi jack this post...
