I have a fanatastic waterfront home listed in Northeast Florida listed at 1,390,000. A very nice listing, new to the market and priced well in my opinion. My seller has asked that I advertise it in some type of publication in South Florida.

 I'm willing to do so, however I don't think putting it in Homes and Land magazine in say...Miami or Ft Lauderdale will be beneficial. My thinking is that buyers picking up these publications are looking specifically in the areas they find them. 

Does anyone have any recommendations to advertising mediums in South Florida that might target those buyers interested in purchasing in North Florida or other areas.

Why do leanders always seem to wait until the last 3-4 days of escrow do get things done? And why do we even bother negotiating a time for closing with the buyer and seller, when most lenders don't comply? A normal time for closing in my market is 30-45 days....but it almost always seems everything goes smoothly until the last week, and then because of the lender buyers and sellers have to extend contracts, change moving plans, etc, etc, etc..........

 It seems to never fail....give lenders 30 days, they need 31, give then 45 days, they need 46...UHG!!!!

Is there anyone using a Point2Agent web site that's actually getting leads? I'm talking about real leads leading to closed business?
