I send a mix CD of holiday (not Xmas) music.  Some old faves like Rudolph and Frosty the Snowman, Winter Wonderland, funky ones that some have never heard of.  I record a little intro at the beginning wishing them a happy holiday season and prosperous new year and put my customized label on them.  In fact, that's what I'll be doing the rest of this week - burning CD's.

I really like the home improvement book idea! good thinking. Why don't you just hand write a simple dedication on the first page, sign it then intall a "personal" bookplate? Should be easy to design and print up. Thank you...all the way from Texas!

This year my team is giving out mousepads with our team name on them and our real estate hotline number...the pad also has a two year calendar so we can give it to clients all year....they were very reasonable and are way cute

Michaela - If you decide to burn CD's it's even more fun creating your own AUTO OPEN file and personalizing it. Here is the one that I made several years back and still use it. It's not too hard to do but I had some duds when newer Windows programs came on the market and I needed to add some additional .dll files to get it to automatically open. Windows ME was the worst but I finally figured out what I was missing and now all my CD's have every .dll for every operating system. The three tabs in the photo are animated and drop down from the top.

Michaela - I sent you a response to your invite that I was spending the day in Broker's CE class in Antioch that day and also taking the tests afterwards for the online CE that I studied for. I got all the results and passed everything so now I will have to stay in this business another two years ;-) Maybe we can do lunch before the Holiday at Mama's again.
