My favorite site to advertise is E Bay, it has paid off big time for an investment of only $150 for 30 days you get maximum exposure worldwide if you break it down that's only 5 bucks a day, here is one of my results that was sold off e bay for $549,900 to a buyer  from another state.

My opinion of one of the biggest benefits is the exposure for your web site, priceless.. for far much less money you would spend in real estate magizines,local newspapersor any other media .

Michelle, Vance is right on with Ebay.  But if your budget is tapped, I recommend Backpage.  It's free and you can target specific areas.

Yep! Vance is right on.  I tgook his advice a few months ago about E-bay and consider it to be an outstanding value.

I refer my clients to www.postlets.com and www.snapfish.com as additional sites to add listings.
