Ahhhh.........Daylight Savings Time, a time that always puts a little cheer in my heart.
And then there's this year.
The U.S. will "spring forward" this Sunday, March 11 at 2AM. (Do people really wait until 2AM to change their clocks?) Meanwhile Baja California will remain stagnant...
for four long weeks...
But then...at long last....
Baja California will once again revert to Daylight Savings Time too!!!! People everywhere will rejoice!!! Hearts will be filled with laughter and good will.
Until then?
Well, let's just say I'll be in a familiar state...that being confusion 
Does anyone really know what time it is anyway?
