Does the local historical society have anything on it?  Old pics, events, etc.?

What about Victorian magazines? What about a Home decorating magazine, or Martha Stewart magazine? Pictures, pictures, and more pictures. Write a BLOG about the uniqueness of the home. Title your blog with terminology that Victorian homebuyers would search for. Check out HGTV or TLC for Real Estate shows like Open House, or Sell this house.

How about handing out flyers at Home Depot or Lowes? (Perhaps they take pride in caring for their home or yard?)

Ask the sellers what attracted them to the house, and use that to "profile" the type of buyer. I'm going to take a look at your website, and perhaps I could "help spread the word" about the house.

WOW! It is BEAUTIFUL! Have you thought of targeting local ART GALLERIES, Restaurants, gift shoppes? Perhaps they would like to utilize this trophy property as a commercial location to showcase art, to have a unique restaurant with an English Tea Room feel?
