It sets up a conversation about every time we see a house together, I learn more about what you like and don't like, which helps me do a better job for you.
On the other hand, If you keep calling seller agents, it's like dating around... you don't get much out of the relationship, and no one Realtor ever actually learns enough about you to actually help you succeed with the house hunt! What you end up with is realizing that your number is in a lot of Realtor's little black phone books - and they keep calling you to ask if you are ready to buy a house!
Does that sound good? No? I didn't think so...
