Personally, I can contemplate being so busy with clients and closings that I forget this blog even exists.

Congrats, Lonn. May will be good to me, also. Not as many pendings, only 3, but they add up to 3 million in sales.

June, July and August are looking promising. Like was stated in a another thread, I have out-of-town buyers waiting in the wings -- but they have to sell their properties first.

I have 5 in escrow and I'm happy, as it's been a great 30 days, BUT I'd sure be happier if they were all $1mil deals like Mike's.  MIKE, YOU DA' MAN!

That is great Lonn, and I know exactly what you are saying.  You are talking about the concept of stewardship and acknowledging that everything you have comes through God.  Successes and failures.  I get that way sometimes.  So excited about what is happening or so frustrated with what is not happening that I just throw my hands up, let it all go, and say "God, you gotta do this cuz I can't" or "This is going so well there is NO WAY I did it"!  :)  He is amazing and His timing is perfect.
