Very nice... ONLY one problem. When your show is over what pops up on the video screen is other videos to see. They seem to be random so I watched yours twice. The pop ups were for 'sex' talk. and another for guitar playing, then again for 'sex' talk.
Might help sell, but I think that somehow these follow-up shows could be detrimental.
Youtube does have it's drawbacks. I will eventually post it another way. But for now, was easy to share this way. Apologies to any offended by youtube.com content.

Are you running this on t.v. also or do you have it running mainly on your site? Can you put this on your homepage as a splash? It looks great but I am wondering about cost of advertising and your plan for the promo. Maybe I'll see it as I think we are just across the river from you.

Yes, can put it on my web site and mail to fsbo's, etc. Mailing CD's worked for AOL... Why not for me?

Looks and sounds great. Your website name (URL) is cut off at the end. You say "dugansells" but the "dot com" is missing.
Lonn - I can't view it yet because I'm behind a firewall that blocks YouTube.
But have you considered posting it on WellcomeMat? ( http://www.wellcomemat.com/ )?? It doesn't get the traffic of YouTube (what does?), but it's real estate specific and doesn't have the "crap factor" associated with so much of YouTube....
