Seller Report auto drip email?

By: Natalie Ginnow

Is there a way to send the seller their seller report on autodrip? I know they can sign in and view it, but I would like to auto drip the seller report, with weekly updates. I think sellers would like to know how much interest their property is getting. They will know if their property is priced right, or if buyers are even looking for that type of property. Anyone know how to do this?

Natalie, I don't and never thought of it because it is so easy for the seller to do. In fact I wrote a contract this week and when the seller was in my office I had printed out her website visits, even though her property was contracted on I wanted to talk to her about how many hits it had so she could tell others (word of mouth, best advertising). She had seen it because I gave her the password to get in to watch it, but she was more impressed when I pointed it out to her so I will watch this blog for myself as that would be a great idea to reinforce what is going on. Hope someone else knows if this can be done....

Interesting idea Natalie. I don't know the answer, but sure would like to. The more we can automate, the better! Then it's sure to get done if we get busy & distracted.

Hi guys, I experimented with this and found that you can do this;

1. click Office » Listings » Manage » {Select a Listing} » "Manage Listing"

2. click "Preview Seller Area"

3. in your browser's address bar right click and "copy" the web page address to your clipboard

4. paste the address into your email to the seller

Note: the address bar parameters include the listing id, the seller id, and a hash value to ensure the two are for the same seller area .. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING.

BTW ... this isn't a drip solution but more of a manual one on one solution

Although ... you could create a separate drip for each seller and include the address and drip it every 7 days for ?? long

Works in theory ... unless you have 100's of listings!

It's a great idea, and it would be even better if there was a clean, concise report available. A single page that is easy to understand. I don't think such a page is available now, and if there is one, could some one point me in that direction.

I have been using the Realtor.com summaries as an example.

Mary, That is good service, and a good idea for word of mouth, but many of my sellers are out of state.

Kim, That is what I would like to avoid, since the information is already available to the seller.

You know how we get reports emailed to us about our website activity and such? Point2 already has the capability, so it would not be very difficult for them to figure out how to do it. Even just a short summary or a chart. Maybe even something as simple as an auto email reminder to go check out their property stats.

The P2 Cru came up with a great suggestion....

Can somebody post this in the WISH LIST FORUM at member message boards?

Creative solution Kim, I like it.

Natalie, you could create an e-mail auto reminder drip using the custom drip program, couldn't you?
