However, what do you do when you can not get in contact with the listings agent? I leave a message ,call back, call the brokerage and nothing. Any advice? My buyers keep asking when we can go see it and it makes it an awkard situation. I am not talking about a couple of attempts but many over a course of time. I mentioned it to another Realtor and they said that is not uncommon at all! </P>
