For the most part I can get in touch with alot of listing agents to schedule show times for my buyers.  However, what do you do when you can not get in contact with the listings agent? I leave a message ,call back, call the brokerage and nothing.  Any advice?  My buyers keep asking when we can go see it and it makes it an awkard situation.  I am not talking about a couple of attempts but many over a course of time.  I mentioned it to another Realtor and they said that is not uncommon at all!

Hello everyone,
 I have some mobile home listings and need advice on what has succesfully worked on finding a buyer.  I have found a buyer in the past on a listing I had.  I would appreciate any ideas.  I have them marketed all over but have not gotten much response yet.  Thanks.
