Has anyone been asked this in the past 6 months? Probably everyone here...and it's probably due to the negative spin that the media is putting on the real estate market.
It seems like every time I turn on the new I hear about the "sluggish" housing market. I was just looking at some stats yesterday showing the latest numbers for existing home sales at an annualized rate of about 5.7 million units, that resembles the numbers that we where seeing in early 2004 when we where told it was a GOOD market! And on top of that, we have new home sales at an annualized rate of 834,000, putting us at over 6.5 million homes sold this year, to me that's a good market with plenty of oppourtunity to make some great money.
I think if us professionals will put some positive information out there, we might actually motivate more people to buy and we just might end up with even better numbers than what's projected.
