From Fail to Sale!

In late May I posted a rant about a failing sale I had which had potential to derail two other sales:

I know everyone has been waiting on pins and needles since then, but probably were just to polite to ask.  Or, you just don't care, which I find impossible to imagine!

Anyway, FINALLY we closed on all the sales last week.   MAN!, that was a rough road!   Tough on my clients; the mortgage brokers were having ulcers on their ulcers, and I was moving swiftly on the road to being Advil's #1 client, as well as my local bartender's (just for advice, of course).

Through it all, the only solid advice I could give my clients was, "These things almost always work out...", which is something that I have found to be true.  Time cures (almost) all ills.   Don't you agree?   Big Smile

Good job Phil. I knew it would happen for you. Yes time cures all and I am so glad our days only last 24 hours, more than that would be more than we could handle. Good JOB!! Glad you managed to circumvent the jail time...

I found that a good attorney trumps a good bartender, Mary!   :)

Well, I am so glad that is over.  Now maybe you can get back to us.  We have real issues here. LOL  So glad you are through the storm.

Thank you, Gloria and Mary.   It was brutal....  Definitely the toughest deals I've had to weather.   A LOT of problems behind the scenes on all of them.   It was a daily effort for almost 80 days.

Thank God MY clients were (are) the best people you could ever hope to work with.  They stayed the course, did not lash out, trusted me and understood that there are things that you just have to let run their course.

In the end, we got it all done and everyone is happy!!!!   AND I didn't have to strangle the mortgage broker and go to prison!!!   WIN/WIN!!!!

Good news Phil, but Mary is holding all the pins and needles. 80 days, that's  longer than rehab and some jail sentences.

Congratulations, Dr. Phil!  Your Sellers probably don't even know half of what you did to push this through and how fortunate they are that you are a professional!

Glad I didn't have to order the body bags.
