What about the unethical behavour of Knowingly overpricing listings. I know that sometimes its necessary, divorce 6 months of purchase with 5% down, they are going to loose money but they want to try not to.
BUT I have lost listings due to overpicing alone. A very experienced agent who must know that they overpriced just to get the listing because I had a listing appointment too, so I know what the customer was thinking. Then you see the price drops until the price you told them in the first place and then magically it sells.
That agent is knowingly jerking the customer around for months.
I'm talking about agents that have pleanty of sales and don't need to do this but are simply greedy beyond belief.
