Tablet PC's and Electronic Signatures

I am getting ready to take the plunge into the REALLY connected world...  I had been on my way before- I use E-Key, E-Data and am (impatiently) waiting for the release of SafeMLS for smartphones...

I already bought the tablet PC, installed Winforms on it and am wondering about my next step. 

 Do I really have to spend another $25/month plus a $200 setup fee to allow my customers to sign electronically?  I tried using a PDF annotator but Winforms didn't care for it (the document was protected).

 Are there any other solutions?
