Chantal, I have nothing of value to add (don't worry - you'll get used to that :)) but I do want to say that we met some of the folks behind REW, and they are great people.

I don't know too much about their product/service, but I do know that they seemed like an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and trustworthy bunch.

I wanted to try their IDX solution but they don't serve our MLS.

Actually, I pitched a nice presentation to my broker on Saturday about REW and their benefits and he absolutely loved the idea.  We'll be working together now to build a new state-of-the-art website for my area and I'll be running the show.

REW is a wonderfull company with a 60 person staff.  They do everything, SEO, custom web design, custom IDX, link exchanging, copywrighting, etc.  Their websites rank extremely well.  I've talked to a few agents who are customers of REW and in the medium market, they get between 10 and 50 leads a day.

Yes, their work is expensive.  It can range from a $750 a year for a template site to upwards of $30,000 for a complete one-of-a-kind custom work of art.

Just open up any of the above sites, look at the title and search for that keyword in Google and see where they rank.

Receiving 10 to 50 leads per day, can easily justify the ROI.

I've not had much luck with SEO companies.  Since I got the SEOBook (thanks Jay for that tip), I've been optimizing on my own and have really come up in the search rankings.  Chantal~ have you checked out the SEObook?
