MLS Search on Your Web Page

Just a tip that may help some of you. I took the advice of one of the SEO/Web design experts that post on the P2 message board who suggested that I place the MLS search at the very top of my home page. I don't have the prettiest web page out there (that's for sure), but since taking her advice the new sign-ups on my website have almost doubled just from one little adjustment to the site.

Most of the people that post here on Relib are active on all the blogs and message boards. I'd recommend to any lurkers out there or any new agents reading this for the first time, GET ACTIVE on these message boards. There is a tremendous amount of well intentioned Web Gurus, Agents and Brokers that are willing to share a great wealth of knowledge to the betterment of the community.

I am somewhat savvy when it comes to computers (I was an IT major in college). But the information that can be taught on these message boards/blogs are from REAL life experience and tips that actually work (this stuff doesn't get taught in schools or classrooms).
