If point 2 wants to do something that would help, they might think about changing their referral system. First I don't know what county I am referring an individual to if it is out of my State. So to set it up with county's is about as dumb as you can get. Second why don't you jest take the people that are your members and list them when I pick a City? I can drill down from their to find someone close. I have tried to use the referral system several time and have yet to get anyone to respond. Great System, NO!!!

Use the following link to find a luxury specialist. The program has pretty strict guidelines for having those designations... in other words you have to have sold a minimum of 2 luxury homes in the top 10% of your market within the last year.

Pick an agent who is a certified luxury specialist and also has the million dollar guild designation.

See my post of today -- selling properties over one million dollars isn't a big deal anymore.  Anyway,  you are in Orlando with Coldwell Banker Residential, I am sure there must be a pool of talent within Coldwell Banker you can refer your client to.

Miami is quite huge with mansions everywhere.  Can you tell us, at least, which part of Miami that home is located?
