I do not know of anyone that provides this service other that the MLS providers, but as a member of the local board of REALTORS this is what I found out. To get the mapping tied to listings, the County GIS data must be accessed using the parcel or tax id number. Our county does not allow direct access to their GIS database, but would supply a "Tape" format that the MLS provider could use. I don't know if they would provide it for an individual or not but that would be pretty expensive. (Cost of data tape and customized IDX solution to link the listings with the map data.)

I would also be interested in any solutions you find.

The problem will be finding one that supports your MLS. Not all IDX providers work with all MLS's.
