It seems that blogging has all of a sudden, at least in my world, become astonishingly prevelant. Among online real estate communities like Active Rain and REliberation, there seems to be huge growth in the amount of agents blogging. The topics are endless and span from Buyers are Liars  to Are you Earning your Commissions? My question to you all is this: How (and why) do YOU blog?

Do you blog in an effert to hopefully be found by potential clients? Do you blog simply to remain part of the everchanging real estate community? Do you blog to get answers and help from peers? Or do you simply blog to express yourself?
