I seem to be getting this error message frequently, usually when entering a comment. So far, every time I've been able to hit the back button, resubmit the comment and it goes through fine.

We apologize, but an error occurred and your request could not be completed. This error has been logged. If you have additional information that you believe may have caused this error please report the problem here.

I assume is a serve/bandwidth issue. Perhaps due to the flood of Point 2'ers to RELiberation?!
