Don't you just love these anonymous bloggers who can write carelessly and with impunity? There was an interesting article I saw recently talking about the new media and blogging opinions currently having more credibility than the mainstream press. Too bad for cbs. As to the suit, imho, the DOJ will prevail and real estate will be more transparent and that isn't necessarily a bad thing.

I think this further solidifies our industry's long overdue need to increase the education requirement in order to get a license. DOJ is made up of people and people have opinions. I'm going out on a limb, but I don't think this is about competition, I think it's about perception.

politics in this country, including the kind involved in this lawsuit is something I will probably never understand ... not that I don't try, though!  ... whatever the outcome ... are we going to be hit with higher NAR fees to cover the expenses of this fight?

I can deal with anonymous, I thrive on the challenge of an intellectual discussion, if there is any intellect to challenge. However, in the case of malicious accusations toward Lonn, you have to feel badly that it does get picked up in the search engines and can potentially hurt you financially with no regard for truth or accuracy. Welcome to the new media.

Jay, as you pointed out a long time ago, be careful about what you write since it will be seen by the world instantly. Sage advice.

On a lighter subject, how was your blogger conference today in Phoenix, I heard the weather was 112 and the a/c was not up to par.

Jay I just read your blog, good info but don't think you need to respond to "Anonymous".  Unless it is to say you keep up with everything new and the only ass kissing is to Francy!  I didn't see the white paper blog and thank you for pointing it out.  Since this anonymous person seems to have inside P2 knowledge I am wondering if that post was meant as a joke?  Granted it didn't read funny but perhaps they thought so?  Anyway thank you for keeping us informed!  Much appreciated!
