I want to brian storm some of the creative minds on this forum. I have seen the following riders and what to share what some of you use or have seen:

wasn't great curb appeal on that one, but very very nice inside...
I usually have one feature rider (depends on the house) and then the web page address that points directly to my listing.
I use my web site on everthing only
I'm with Ron. I just started to do this and have it point directly to my P2 page for that house. I've had great results.
Don't have a good rider, but a great "Just Listed" headline for a mailer.
"Guess what I did with your neighbor last night!"
"For Sale" works great. My website, email, and phone numbers are already on my signs.

Hangs under all my yard signs and directs them to my P2 page showing just my listings and advises them to select which one they drove by or saw advertised. It's easier than buying separate domain names for each listing or using 3rd level ones and then worrying about them putting the www after the http:// and not getting where you want them.
not using any riders right now but will do something similar to Gene. I do have the main website address already on the signs ... hopefully once I have the riders for just the listing tours attached, I'll be able to track the website visitors better.

My signs have all my info on including webisite address. Only put riders on of builder homes www.aspenhomesonline.com of course I maintain this site and leads.
