Before we moved to SC, we used Listingbook in Greensboro, NC. It is GREAT! Your prospects can set up an account and you can keep up with them. They can search the MLS, get new listings sent every day. It's great for communication and follow-up. You can do CMA's, flyers, etc. You can schedule showings and get feed-back all through the system.

Wish we had it in our market!!

What is listing book?

Asking the same question, never heard of a listing book...

My MLS has added this resource for the members.  I haven't had a chance to take the class yet, to really understand what it is all about.  I got a basic membership but I know there are more tools available if I pay $59 per month.  

I know there's got to be more to it than what I see and what I see is the same information that is on my MLS listing in a fancier format.  Looks like there are some contact management features and a CMA program.  Don't know exactly how many agents are using it to the full capacity but if I find someone who is, I'll get back to you.

I've used it for about a month now, sellers can log in and see how many views their homes have gotten from listingbook buyers (agents buyers that have been given an account to view homes through the local mls). A cool thing about it is you can see exactly how and what your buyers are searching for. Gail one big problem for us is it doesn't have any RealComp data only RealSource so buyers are asking me why they cant find it in listingbook when they saw it on Realtor.com, but Todd if all three boards are participating you should be okay.

Bob - I figured that would be a problem.  Just can't understand why the 2 boards can't get their stuff together and merge.  I'm tired of paying 2 fees just to duplicate half of the information from each.
