HOW TO BE IN TWO (OR MORE) PLACES AT THE SAME TIME!

By: Scott McClain

Have you ever did an open house that you felt like you needed to be standing on the corner flagging the drivers to get them to turn towards the home or need directional signs that would show people where to turn and the traditional signs just weren't doing the trick? i.e. Felt like you needed to be in two (or more) places at the same time?

Well, let me show you just how it can be done!

Read THIS ARTICLE that my client sent me.

Hey Scott,  that's great.  Just get several body signs made with your arms in different positions so you can be seen pointing right, pointing left, holding a sign, etc.  Get them two sided so you can be effective from both directions on the roadside.

I will keep you ladies and gents posted as to when I find "where" you can get them from. If you noticed that article didn't say "where".

I would love it too. I saw this article but just thought of it as a cute idea, never connected it with commercial potential. I think you, or someone needs to connect the dots on this one....I see millions of people standing on the side of the roadways across America, directing cars to my open house :-)

Well, there are the legalities to think of too. Here in Florida any advertisments must have certain criteria e.g. Brokerage Name, Your name and a contact number.

So when you take the photo you are going to use make sure and be holding one of your open house signs.

Here is a link to one place I found that prices range from $39.00 (20" size) up to $164.00 (58" size)...

We, too, must indicate the office/name information but I suppose that requirement could be met with wearing a name tag when your photo is taken...   :)

Too cute. You could always make a sticker with office name and disclosure to stick on. YOu should try it first, cause of course when every body copies you they will eventually outlaw them. Some areas of San Antonio already have no bandit sign rules. You must have a permit on each sign, payed for, etc... glad I moved to Canyon Lake, but just a matter of time every place as too many folks use them. Do it, Scott and send us photos, I DOUBLE dare you!

I would definitely have to check with my local board of Realtors before I thought about getting one of those signs.  They are pretty ruthless where I am with the fines that they impose (up to $250 per day per illegal sign)!

I am starting to feel a bit better though. But thanks for asking.
