Why do I get the idea that this is a lead generating tool for some company that tries to sell stuff to Realtors? I bet when you submit your information to them you are somehow giving them permission to solicit you. In these days of "Do not call lists" companies are getting creative in the art of "loopholes".

I'd be hesitant to sign up for a directory that doesn't exist yet. There is no way to know how they will set up any of the linkage... if it's not properly set up, the "link" they supply to you could be worthless (or even damaging) to your SEO efforts.

I tried it and will let you all know.  Junk mail isn't that bad, all you have to do is delete it!

It's not the junk mail that concerns me Michael. It's the complete unknown as to how they are setting the directory up. If they use funky re-directs to "member' sites, you could be doing significant harm to how search engines view your site.

It does look like something i would delete if I saw it in an email.
