They always re-list with me (so far) and we continue marketing the house and 99% of the time get it sold. I have one listing right now that will be expiring soon… (It is a two story – all the bedrooms are upstairs….and the kitchen is small- so I know my negatives)....for the second time....It is a really nice house, priced right, it has been staged… I have marketed it everywhere & I do mean everywhere.....it has tons of showing activity, always positive feedback.....I know the market is slow and listings are taking longer to sell…. I am just disappointed that it hasn't sold yet, and I am sure that my seller is as well. What do you do? Do you take it personally when a listing doesn’t sell? Has anyone had a similar situation?
