I just had a bad experience with a supposedly big shot investor company called Alpha & Omega Investor Group, LLC .  They portrait themselves as very professional and down to business, but in reality they are just a waste of your time.  I was representing them on a cash deal for one of my office listings and had an executed contract.  They never came around with the escrow deposit and basically disappeared on me with no explanation what so ever.  After several attempts to contact them to come up with answers for myself and the sellers, I gave up.  Please be very careful when dealing with these people.

It is incredible how far we can go trying to find ways to sue people in this country.  Since I started publishing builder’s lists, inventory, and all kinds of information about all the builders in Central Florida I thought I was helping them and helping myself.  By providing my visitors with as much information possible and current inventory, I thought I was providing great service.  At the same time, I thought I was helping the builders market their properties to sell them.  They sell their inventory, and I get my commission. Win-Win situation right? Well, KB Home thinks otherwise.  They believe I am taking advantage of their trademark and copyrighted material and benefit from it. I just received a cease and desist letter from their Director of Corporate Counsel, Randy Chew, stating what I just mentioned.  He mailed me a certified letter with a copy of one of my PDF files where I provide all my visitors with the current KB Home inventory in  this area.  In all my PDF files I clearly put my contact information and a link to my incentives section of my site at the button of the page.  The public clearly understand that I am a real estate professional working at Century 21 and I am just providing readily available information in my blog. I will have to stop publishing all KB Home information and material in my sites.  I am sorry to those of you who relied on my blog to get up to date information.  We live in America.  I guess this is the price we have to pay since we are living in the world's most litigious country.  It is a real shame.
