Most of my purchase and sale agreements are transmitted via email&nbsp;as PDF documents and scanned tiff files (which I convert to PDF) . All the different iterations during the offer and counter offers process become very cumbersome to deal with and I would love some suggestions from anyone out there who has found a reasonably priced (under $150 and can be used on 2 computers) document management system.</P> <P>I&nbsp;used PaperPort 9 a few years ago but I think it is difficult to visualize individual files and file&nbsp;structure.
