I am new to Point 2 and can see the huge marketing potential this system has for all of us. I hope I don't step on any toes with this, but I have learned from my e-Pro course that more then 85% of buyers will search the web for their new dream home and most are now hooked on Google Maps and like to do a search for homes with a map-search. Even my cell phone has Google Maps. It seems that my fellow hand shake agents don't use the feature in their Agent Point 2 listings. Google mapping is one of the best web marketing features that Point2 offers to us. Only two of my 500+ handshake agents have bothered to put in the map coordinates besides me? All you need to do is edit your listing and plug in the longitude and latitude coordinates for the listing from Google...2 minutes - done. This omission is making my Point2 website looking weak and yours too. I'm seriously thinking about blocking listings without Google geo links. I don't want my site to look technically challenged.

We all depend on our e-mail reaching our clients and prospects. We routinely use links, attach files, insert pictures, etc. and assume that the recipient receives the message and attachments. I have discovered from three of my clients using MS Outlook Express that the messages that I have sent to them in HTML with attachments are converted to plain text and there are no attachments on the message. I don't know how many more of my prospects/clients have the same issue, but three have called me. I first thought the issue was with my Dell laptop or software. I use Windows XP SP-2, I.E. 7.0, and MS Office Small Business 2007 with Outlook. All of my software is geniune MS brand to include Windows Live One Care virus protection. So, as a test, I partitioned my wife's HP laptop, sent messages, and same issue. The message is converted to plain text and no attachments. However, I can send a message from my PC to my wife's id, and she can forward it to my clients, and they receive it in HTML with the attachments! I discussed this with my Comcast ISP tech support and they can't figure it out. They say that my id is not "blacklisted". Two of three clients that called use Comcast. Anybody have any solutions?
