Has anyone been to a Dave Kohler seminar?

My broker is offering a seminar with Dave Kohler and his "proven (acceleration)2 program". Has anyone ever been to one of his seminars or is anyone familiar with him? I went to his website and didn't get alot of info. I haven't signed up  for the course yet. I want to know if its worth it to go because it is going to mean over an 1 1/2 -2 hour commute with traffic one way.

Is your broker going to pay for it?  If so, I say go!  The more information you can get the better, especially if you are trying to improve your business!

Yes, my broker is paying for it. I just don't want to waste my time with something that is going to be a big sales pitch. That's why I'm wanting to know if anyone else has seen him.

Ronda if your Broker is paying, go.  I have found a tidbit here and there from seminars even if they do the big sales pitches.  The usually do that at the end and perhaps you can sneak out before that happens.  Let us know how it goes.

Ronda, since I have sold that out dated, ugly Split Level, I have elevated myself to real estate coach. I will be publishing my ebook and performing seminars. Here is an inspirational video for you in the mean time. Please follow the directions every day.

If there is a charge for the seminar, the sales pitch has probably already happened (to your Broker).  It's the free ones I'm always leary of.  Nothing is for free.  There may be a pitch at the end but it will probably be softer than the "free" ones.
