Is your broker going to pay for it?  If so, I say go!  The more information you can get the better, especially if you are trying to improve your business!

Ronda if your Broker is paying, go.  I have found a tidbit here and there from seminars even if they do the big sales pitches.  The usually do that at the end and perhaps you can sneak out before that happens.  Let us know how it goes.

If there is a charge for the seminar, the sales pitch has probably already happened (to your Broker).  It's the free ones I'm always leary of.  Nothing is for free.  There may be a pitch at the end but it will probably be softer than the "free" ones.
