It seems as though we just had major roll outs for Point2Agent and here we go again.  This community established for real estate professionals to blog and comment.

 At first thought, you might think that we have a message board, but Blogs are not message boards...they allow insight into people much more than a message board which more of a Pavlovian response trick...someone pushes a button and you respond.  A blog is much more than that because, as the title of my blog suggests, it's someone mubling to themselves...or mumbling out loud.

 Have you ever done that?  Mumbled out loud and then realized someone heard you?  Has it ever struck up a conversation?  Seems to happen to me occasionally...now, before you think I'm a loon or something that runs around talking to himself,  I'm talking about pumping gas with a radio talk show on and they something that strikes a chord so you say something, really to yourself, maybe under your breath but it is heard by the guy next to you who says, you know, I was just thinking the same thing...and volia, you're in a conversation.

Ok, so maybe I'm just crazy and I'm just mumbling out loud again....
