Is she going to win the singing contest?  Vegas has Melinda as the top dog with Jordin in the #2 spot.

That is a pretty cool fact. Why don't they do a thing on her family like they normally do when they have something that interesting to talk about.

We had a "Realtor Idol" here in the Raleigh NC area with money raised going to charity. It was fun and raised money for a charity.

Jordin's from the Phoenix area, the city is going *nuts* over her.

She's amazing, and even if she doesn't win AI, someone will sign her to a record contract.

Her Realtor mom doesn't appear to be exploiting Jordin's new found fame yet.

GOOOOOOOOooooooooo Jordan!!!  Doolittle & Sparks are definitely "my" favorites... but this weeks song choice and presentation put Jordan OVER THE TOP as far as I'm concerned : ))))   She is just precious and SO, SOOO, SOOOO talented.

I'm somewhat annoyed with American Idol for putting sweet Jordan at the end of the line last night... poor baby!  What a rotten trick.  She surely did not come in last place in votes... no way.

She has my vote clear to the end!  Thanks Ron for sharing the info ;)

Melinda Doolittle went to high school here in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Phil Stacy is from Shawnee, Oklahoma.  

Melinda has my vote, she is a jewel.  Here in Kansas City our Realtor Association hosts an Idol event annually to raise money for charity.  Lot's of fun, and amazingly enough more talent than I anticipated.  Go Melinda.    

Even though Blake (and Sanjaya) are from the Seattle area, my heart belongs to Jordin.  All that talent and young enthusiasm!  I feel I could learn a thing or two from her.  We are allowed to vote more than once, so I always vote for Blake & Jordin each week.  I guess one day I'll have to let Blake down :(

Well my favorite was not Jordan, although I do like her, but after this week's performance - oh my GOD- I thought where did this kid come from - not only does she have an amazing voice, she has charm, personality, she's beautiful and she's only 17 years old... Definitely someone too look out for and if she ever decides to follow her mom's steps and get inot real estate she'll be a lovely competition.

By the way did anybody see the spectacular duo last night on American Idol. I nearly fell off my bed -get this -CELINE DION AND HOLD TIGHT GUYS - ELVIS PRESLEY - I WAS LIKE WHAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTT? BUT IT WAS AMAZING, SIMPLY INCREDIBLE. ahhh, technology is marvelous!!

I think it's great what they are doing with this organization and the stories they showed not only of Africa but of USA as well were very touching and reall down to earth. Hope many people decide to chip in and keed this going...

Jordin has been my 16 y/o sons favorite from the start. We all watch Idol in my house. Actually my hubby plans things around it.
