Ralph Roberts "Walk Like a Giant Sell Like a Madman"  Is a great book.  I think it is also on CD.

Tony Robbins has great motivational stuff!  I have been to 2 of his seminars and walked on Hot Coals each time.  I like to listen to his Personal Power CD's.  They help keep a possitive attitude.

Star Power has GREAT CD's too.  They have lots of dialoge tapes and other stuff from top producers around the nation.  Go to their website www.GoStarPower.com  Check out the Resource section.  Has lots of great free stuff

Separate your business from the competition-then eliminate them. Sounds intriguing, haven't had the time to listen, but hopefully this week.

No work-related CDs for me ... I had one of my favorite Dixie Chicks CDs in my car CD player for quite some time now ... and have just replaced it with Carrie Underwood CD that I got for my 30th Birthday last week. ... I am a county music junkie!

I don't have any sales CD's, in fact I only have two CD's in my entire collection. One is from the only person I knew that almost make it big in Country music. Debrae failed but I did get a free CD from her. She really was very good. See for yourself:  http://www.debrae.com . My other CD is one a friend gave me of world war II hits. Music from the 40's. They both sit in the car collecting dust. When I sell the car I can claim, CD player like new, seldom used! Driving in Florida requires your full attention.

I think her best song was Take me Now #9. I suggested that it should be her album cover but her manager didn't agreee. Probably why she didn't make it, a dumb manager. She still does some shows but her chance of the big lights has passed. She is as nice as she is pretty.

Debrae is good. Why didn't she make it? She's better than alot out there now..

If you read her profile, she has been the opening act for Clint Black and some big entertainers. Having lived in Nashville and known some of the people that did make it, it really takes a connection and a good manager, and talent alone is not enough. She didn't have the connections. She is very good and a very nice person and it was sad when she gave up. She has two children and is doing well in her life though.

I had another friend that was with Loretta Lynn’s band for years. His wife was a back up singer and he played guitar. They went out on their own and failed. They were great and I never understood why they failed since Loretta tried to help them.

There was no American Idol then but had there been their life may have been changed.  It was my dream at one time but I failed as well. Thank God for Real Estate.
