Hello everyone,

real estate agents rely heavily on leads. Leads eventually turn into clients and those clients eventually put food on our table.

The most cost effective way to advertise ourselves and our web sites, is the Internet and especially Google. Some of the best Internet marketing techniques cost money. Some of them cost a lot of money. So if money was no object, how would you spend it in order to end up #1 in Google for your major keywords?

This should be interesting.

My market is the Caribbean, specifically Puerto Rico and besides my Point 2 Agent page I advertise in over 16 FREE web pages on the internet. I just did my homework, researched, found them and use them to my prime benefit. But if it was another method where I would put my money I'm guessing brochures and small ad booklets (with my listings of course) to place in hotels, mortgage companies, etc. Who knows I might just start printing my listing brochures and trying this out on a smaller scale! Often times this can even be done if you don't have money to burn with costs being under $.50 per click for common keywords.
