just wanted to know if any of you use Virtual Assistants to handle your Internet leads. What are their tasks? Costs?
Do you use them for any other tasks?

I had a lender doing this for me for a while. When the lender got a warm body that really wanted to buy, they would notify me. Worked great with a new lender... He used my scripts and fished out some good buyes for both of us, saved me a lot of time...
More experienced loan officers tend not to want to do this... so find a newbie and ramp up your referral network at the same time!
