Just wondering because I am in the middle of negoations and we are on our 8th counter offer. I am the Listing agent and this has been going on for 10 days now. I am beginning to get a little frustrated. Anyone else had this experience? This is the most counters I have ever had on any property.

I have a buyer who told me today that where he is from they include the cost of the inspection in the closing costs! Anyone ever heard of this? When I told him the inspection had to be paid at the time of the inspection he got really upset, I may end of paying for it, just so the deal doesn't fall through..... It's been one of those days.

How do you build interest in a property? I have tried all the usual approaches, local newspapers, homes magazine, online ads, open houses and agent tours, but only a few showings. The property is located in a nice lake community and price has been reduced. Can anyone share what they use to build interest and boost showings for a property?

My website has brought me quite a few new prospects lately and I would like to know what is the best way to keep them. When I receive a lead Buyer or Seller I immediately put them on a drip campaign. Then I email them a list of homes that meet their criteria or I email them and ask if they would like a CMA. I am not quick to pick up the phone, I don't want to be to pushy. Just wondering what everyone else does when you receive a new prospect from your website and how do you eventually convert them into a sale.

Just wondered what online advertising sites everyone is using for their listings. I have used Craig's List and have gotten a pretty good response, is there another out there that I should be adding my listings to also?

After giving up for a few months, I am again ready to try once more to market my local "For Sale By Owner" properties. Seems like I have tried every tip and approach out there.... My conversion rate has not been the best. Many times I hear - "We don't want to pay that much commission." I explain in great detail the benefits of using a Realtor, and show them the Market Statistics. I have even added a page on my website so that my local FSBO can advertise their home on my website for free. But I am not making the progress I would like too. Anyone out there have a new and fresh approach to marketing For Sale By Owner properties that you could share?
