I'm in the process of trying to find realtor outside of my area to refer a friend.  While researching agents I found several things that surprise me...sort of...

Only two agents are listed in the referral network...why wouldn't an agent want to take the time to fill out the referral network info?  Maybe the new release will help with this one...more neighborhoods to list...in fact I haven't even updated our information either . 

This one I don't understand....I went to P2NLS and searched agents for my desired area....it is amazing how many agents have not bothered to list their phone number, let alone their location/address on their home page....or any page for that matter.  Would you want to do business with an agent that doesn't list their contact information? 

Is it just an oversight on the agent's part or lack of understanding how to market themselves?
