I am rolling out something that might be of interest to you. I call it The Real Estate Rewards Card and since you asked, now seems to be a good time to introduce it to Point2 web site owners.

jay your site is too busy

Jay, are things like your "rewards card" allowable in states like MO?  I really like the concept but Missouri is one of the few remaining states where we cannot give away rebates or incentives of any kind (I have mixed feelings about this) to buyers or sellers.  Have you had any opportunity to investigage whether a program such as your is legal in states like mine?  

I'm not expecting you to learn/know the laws of every state I'm just wondering if it has ever come up or if it is simply a situation where the program won't be allowed in states like mine.

I hear good/fun ideas from other agents all the time and when I speak with my broker I find out I can't use  them.  It's kind of frustrating but on the other hand some of the laws actually protect me as well so it's a bit of a trade-off.
