<P>I'm thinking of creating a "Homeowner's Club" or "Star Circle Club" with discounts and freebies for partner services and goodies packaged almost like the NAR does for us with their benefits program.</P>
<P>It's not enough nowadays in my market to offer a free CMA or credit report, magnets pumpkins etc... But, I got to thinking how many people carry "Club" cards in their wallets or purses...</P>
<P>I'm just wondering if anybody has experimented with this, or if anyone has one in place that we might take a look at and possibly implementing. I had seen a company that created this kind of service for Realtors, but they were very exclusive. Selling expensive territories and having high minimum transaction requirements. I've forgotten who they are now, too bad..</P>
<P>I'm really looking for something to create value, not only as a thanks, but to make my website and RE service more sticky..</P>
<P>Any ideas? Suggestions?</P>
