Just a friendly reminder. As I review my Point2 executive reports, I've noticed that over 157 handshake agreements are still waiting approval. I can't believe I'm the only one.

One of the biggest advantages we have in the Point2 network is handshake. Remember, as agents we are not just selling directly to buyers. We have to sell to buyers agents also, which in turn sell our listings to buyer clients.

Please review your "pending their approvals" section. With the cost of advertisement and obstacles facing many of our seller clients, an additional network exposure to buyers and buyer agents are available at your fingertips.

As a practicing REALTOR for sometime now, I am always looking for new ways for promotion and marketing. One specific marketing avenue that I am looking into is Voice Broadcasting. Has anyone used this form of media and received good leads?  If so,  which service provider would you recommend?
