Magnets with local emergency numbers and my information that can be put right on the person's refrogerator.  Also, Lowes has a great Realtor benefit which has a coupon mailer that you can have sent out with your photo and info printed on the packet . . . for free.  Also, Lowesmoving.com has a great moving resources section which has things like moving checklists you can print out for customers, and also a one-stop place to connect, disconnect, or transfer utility services.  

I have signed them up for our local newspaper. Knowing that most people relocating usually are still 60-90 out I get them a 60 day subscription to really get them up to speed about our area.

Hmmmn, Todd that's a great idea. I am wondering if my small town community paper will do a mail subscription.  I'll check today!

I too do alot of relocations and my packets consist of a chamber of commerce directory, emergency numbers, school information, and my website which includes the local chambers of commerce, local events, emergency contact information, local school info and local City Directories. Always send them a small packet with pen, notebooks, letter opener and whatever else we may have with my name and logo on it.
