Real Estate Web Masters: Deal or No Deal?

In my never ending quest to bring traffic to my web page, I am always thinking of new places to "hang my url hat."

But, last week someone wrote a post about a supposedly trusted real estate link that actually was somehow connected to a "naughty" site. Therefore, I am trying to conduct a little investigation before just adding my url and informaiton to every site that will have me!

Has anyone heard of Real Estate Web Masters? In a Google search for "Blairsville Georgia Realtors" their site consistently appears on the first page. I copied the following from their page:

They know their stuff, even though some of it is pricey. Their templates are $750, plus $100 an hour for any customization that you want done. Just visit their forum ask questions and the actual web designers will answer them for you. SEO Nick and Webmaster are very knowledgable and helpful. They also provide services for link building, SEO, copywriting and custom IDX search. One of the agents with their template site, recently closed on a lead that contacted him through his REW site.
