Clients Home Won't Sell? Recommend the Fish 'n Flush!

What to do about the home that just won't sell? I might have the answer for you.

A toilet tank aquarium might just add the special "sumpin' sumpin' " that the home needs!  The Fish 'n Flush is a "whimsical potty that turns your toilet into a nautical wonderland." (As seen in the latest REALTOR Magazine)

See for yourself at the following link: Fish 'n Flush

Desperate sellers do desperate things.  There are people who would do that before significantly lowering the price of a home that won't sell.  Its a crazy world.

Mark,

I can just imagine walking into a home with a see through toilet tank filled with fish. I don't think I could keep from rolling on the floor laughing!

I saw that in the current REALTOR magazine. My wife made me hide it before our seven year old could see it. He'd definitely want one.

LMMFAO! And they want $299.00 (add $25.00 more if you want to add the LED light)! OMG, I've always wanted to invent something. Why didn't I think of that?

I am wondering how long that company will actually be in business! Probably going to be the Bill Gates of the toilet world! LMAO

My daughter has been dropping cheerios into the toilet to get grandson Wylie to aim. This might just throw him off too much...you know, get to watching the fish and totally forget what he was doing. That reaches the pinnacle of weird and un-necessary, but somehow cool....go figure.

As a fish hobbist I can tell you this is bad for the fish, all the bumping and grinding against the tank all the time and fish are living things too that should "not be abused"

Great novelty idea but this is not how you sell homes, great PR  by whoever posted this here.

ps. If you turn around while on the john you can enjoy the view all at the same time! Just don't lean back!

I tried not to think of the poor fish...and would they be considered a fixture that goes with the house or do the sellers have to take them with them!

It would be my luck they would stay with the house and 1 hour prior to closing we would have floaters!

It sounds great, but I don't think it will sell as many homes as one with "the love toilet".  I remember it from Saturday Night Live.

But, just think of how quickly homes would rent when a flush 'n fish comes with the home!  Who needs stainless steel and granite?
